  I jave a daily yoga practice back home and was searching for a studio while I was visiting Panama City to see my family. PC Beach yoga was the perfect spot! The owner, instructor, and students were so friendly and welcoming. The ashtanga class was a true yoga class, without gimmicks, and the instructor had a strong knowledge base of the practice. She made adjustments both verbally and physically for the students as needed for best alignment. I will definitely be returning here on my future visits. I highly recommended this studio
